Anti-Piracy
Every unit carrying a security device (hologram security tags and/or Smart QR Codes) allows consumers, retailers, customs agents, and anyone in the supply chain to use their smartphone to scan and confirm if the product is real or fake. GPS coordinates show the scan’s date, time, and location, with valid product information on Google Maps.
Consumer Engagement
With the shift towards eCommerce and more and more licensed products delivered directly to the consumer, it’s getting harder to engage your fans and keep them connected to your brands. “Connected packaging” technologies provide the consumer with product information, incentives, and special offers or simply show and prove the product’s lifecycle, from manufacturing to their doorstep.
Security Tag Orders & Payment Management
The process is 100% transparent, turn-key, and easy. Licensees request security devices in a quantity that matches their planned SKU production volumes. Licensors approve the order quantity, and then the licensee processes payment via credit card within the application.
Production & Fulfillment Management
Licensors and licensees track the status of each security device order from production and shipment to the product/SKU factory (or other authorized location). Missing or damaged security devices can be deactivated via the security tag management software, and they’ll scan as “counterfeits” should they end up on unreported real products or counterfeits.
Stock Quantities Management
Licensors may allow licensees to order smaller, “just-in-time” quantities of security devices or leverage volume discounts by pre-purchasing large quantities. The security tag management software will show licensors the quantities of available, assigned, pending, and remaining tags and flag potential security tag shortages so replacement stock can be ordered ahead of demand.
Reporting
Licensors no longer need to request a report from their agents and licensees on security device stock assigned to SKUs versus what’s remaining. Mediabox’s security tag management solution standardizes and organizes all data for easy, real-time reporting.
